We take pride in making quality products in house, so we back all Flatline Fiber co. products with a Lifetime Warrant. We do ask that you upload photos of your damaged product in hopes of improving the overall product durability. This will not affect your claim in any way.

If the damaged part of your product can be replaced we will send out a replacement. If a replacement is necessary, we will send that out at no cost to you the customer.
